From Import a File window, Choose Comma Separated Values and click on the Next. Use a comma separated values file (CSV) to import your contacts into your account. From Import and Export wizard, Choose Import from another program or file option and click on the Next button. Click on the Open & Export and select the Import/Export option. #3 - If one of the above 2 items doesn't solve things then the question becomes "when you say you went through the - did that include explicitly mapping your data via the MAP CUSTOM FIELDS button when it appeared? I tried to import them from the flash drive by using the import/export option and went through the entire process but nothing shows up in my address book.
